Endorsements

Sodexho

“We engaged Pam Bilbrey during a time of leadership and strategy change within our Healthcare Division.  Our Executive Team gave Pam the task of facilitating strategy sessions that would result in an aligned vision, guiding principles and metrics that would describe future success.  With a very diverse team of leaders, she found a way to bring us together and develop a foundation that is still with us today.  Pam has a great way with people that is non-threatening, yet direct enough to get the job accomplished!”

—Mark Johnson, Sr. Vice President, Business Development, Sodexho

Avera McKennan

“Pam Bilbrey served as our lead consultant to assist us in our journey to higher performance in service and operational excellence.  We could not have been more fortunate or pleased in our relationships with Pam and her team.  Avera McKennan is a Thompson Reuters Top 100 Hospital and does many things well, but we had much room for improvement and were willing to learn.  Pam has a keen eye for both operational and strategic strengths and deficits, and she very tactfully assisted us in our assessment.  She was extraordinarily responsive and attentive to our needs and was always a step ahead of us.  With Pam’s encouragement, we are now on the Malcolm Baldrige Quality journey.  She has an exceptional grasp of what it takes to lead a healthy organization, from strategic alignment to maintaining the culture.  I give my highest accolades and endorsement of Pam’s skills and abilities to assist organizations in their quest of excellence.”

—Bill McLean, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Avera McKennan

South Shore Hospital

“Thanks to Brian and Pam, our executive team is well positioned to deal with the challenges ahead.  Their excellent facilitation of our executive team retreat helped us solidify a clear direction for our team and an understanding of how our individual strengths contribute to the success of the organization.  We are now also able to better focus our team meetings on meaningful dialogue and end results.  They provided us with more than a retreat - we walked away with actionable strategies that have made us a better organization.”

—Sandra Geiger, VP, Performance Excellence, South Shore Hospital
