Glenn Lyday
Background
Glenn first began his career as a consultant in the Business Turnaround group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. In this role he worked with leaders of dozens of struggling companies in a variety of industries, in an effort to right the ship for those organizations. His ability to quickly assess a situation and make sound recommendations helped Glenn advance quickly within the consulting organization. The fast paced work was exciting and impactful, but Glenn continued to feel that as consultants they would often avoid addressing a critical issue that organizations consistently faced: the effectiveness of the leadership team in working together.
Several years later, Glenn was given the once in a lifetime opportunity to sit down with both Tom Peters and Ken Blanchard for an interview for a news story. The wisdom shared by two of the greatest minds in business management provided a moment of inspiration for Glenn to follow his passion to help others as a consultant to business leaders.
Throughout several years of success within the high tech industry in a variety of leadership roles, Glenn continued to observe the same issues of organizational health affecting executives and the teams they managed. His determination to have a positive impact on those issues led Glenn to become a Principal Consultant with The Table Group.
Glenn holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
