CrisMarie Campbell

Background

As a U.S. Olympic Rower in the 1988 Olympic Games and a silver medalist in the 1987 World Championships, CrisMarie has intimate knowledge of what makes a championship team versus simply a boat of champions. This knowledge carried her through her engineering career as a flight test engineer for Boeing’s 777 airplane, and helped her pioneer changes in the way Boeing builds airplanes through cross-functional teamwork.

Moving from engineering to business, she earned an M.B.A., and worked as a manager at Andersen Consulting where she was able to help leadership teams develop business strategies and processes to implement large-scale changes in organizations. With her strong leadership skills she guided teams through tough, turbulent, necessary and ultimately successful change. She provided insight and guidance to leaders as they moved their entire organizations through these changes, paying particular attention to how to embed them effectively throughout the company.

In the late nineties CrisMarie and Susan Clarke, M.A.B.S., teamed up to create a management consulting firm, focused on helping leaders, teams and organizations thrive and produce extraordinary results. In 2004, they were invited to become one of the original Table Group Consulting Partners.

CrisMarie received both her Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and her MBA from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She has also completed post-graduate work in Coaching, Change and Transition Management, Leadership Development, and Team Effectiveness.

In 2004, CrisMarie was invited to become one of the original Table Group Consulting Partners along with Susan Clarke of Thrive! Inc. CrisMarie and Susan work as a team to provide a balanced experience, focusing both on the Smart side of the business as well as the Healthy side.

Working with Patrick Lencioni and the Table Group, CrisMarie has had the opportunity to work with many executive teams, as well as, leadership teams to facilitate team cohesion, develop organizational clarity, communicate effectively throughout the organization and build human systems to reinforce the organizational clarity.

CrisMarie and Susan have developed a reputation for supporting clients to become high performing by not only facilitating the initial two-day but also working with clients over a course of six to nine months to effectively and efficiently integrate the concepts, behaviors and systems into the team as well as the entire organization. This process increases the clients ROI on the two-day by increasing bottom-line results.
