History
Founded in 1997 as a consulting firm focused on high-growth clients, the company has consistently grown and evolved, propelled by the success of founder Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling books including the New York Times best-seller, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, and The Three Signs of a Miserable Job. Over the past decade, the firm has worked with a variety of world class organizations including Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, churches, schools, military and professional sports organizations.

The Name
The name of our firm is based on our belief that the single most important and effective tool in business, even in this era of technological advancement, remains the table. There is simply no substitute for the basic idea of people sitting down together around a table to resolve the critical issues around their business, whether those issues relate to operations, strategy or teamwork.
